Miu's Tea

This place had been recommended to me several times, so I was excited to finally try it. I went on a Wednesday around 5:30 PM. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was disappointing. The person behind the counter was not very welcoming, and when I asked a few questions about the menu and for recommendations, she seemed annoyed—almost as if it was a problem that I wasn’t already familiar with everything they offered. I’m giving three stars because the drink I ordered was actually very good. However, customer service is an important part of the experience, and based on that interaction, I’m not sure I would return.

Updated 7/2026: Revised our rating to 4 stars after our latest visit. Our compromise was to have the kids share a drink and it works out much better although having an option to split a drink would be even better. Service is slower but there is only one staff member at a time. Sign up for rewards! Visited with our 2 well behaved children under age 11. Staff was unaccommodating. It's disappointing that they don't have any kid friendly options except for 4-5 caffeine free teas in large size ONLY and a lavender lemonade. When asked if we could get a milk tea with no tea we were told no exceptions will be made to exclude tea from the drinks "because the owner has strict instructions as this is a tea shop not a boba shop". We will be unlikely to visit again even for the adults as it is frustrating to not be able to get drinks for ourselves and our tween daughters at the same shop. Even Starbucks who doesn't cater to kids has more kid friendly caffeine-free options and is willing to make accommodations. Might as well put a sign on the door that indicates children are not welcomed. Otherwise, the caffeinated options iced tea latte and iced matcha lattes tasted great. The large caffeine

I can’t stop getting bubble tea from here! It’s now one of my favorite spots. They’ve improved their tapioca so much from the first time I tried it and now it’s really delicious. I love their passion fruit green tea, no sweetener, with lychee jelly and tapioca. I’ll keep coming back and love that they’re opening more locations!

My first time here and as always Miu's tea did not disappoint. It's nice and clean, staff is very friendly and made good drinks. Reasonable prices as well. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area.

This was new for me, I had never tried it before, but I loved their tea. My order was kiwi tea, with boba and passion fruit jelly. The tea comes with pieces of smashed kiwi, plus all the other add-ons make it divine.
